Extension cables

These 6-wire extension cables were custom-made to make it easier to hook up plugs to ports (and to each other). The color codes were chosen to match the port header pinouts:

  • PWR = RED
  • DIO = YELLOW
  • GND = GREEN (was black in previous batch)
  • +3V = BLUE (was green in previous batch)
  • AIO = WHITE
  • IRQ = BLACK (was blue in previous batch)

These same colors are used in the pinout diagrams.

Can be used for anything of course, also with FTDI and the Expander Plug, for example.
